PoshNosh Catering owner to open cafe and bar in Raleigh

PoshNosh Catering owner Chef Coleen Speaks announced Tuesday that she will open Whitaker & Atlantic, a private event space, and Hummingbird cafe and bar this fall in the revitalized warehouse at the corner of Whitaker Mill Road and Atlantic Avenue.
