Aviation service provider MacroAsia Corp. is selling 13 percent of its stake in subsidiary MacroAsia Catering Services Inc. to Singapore-based SATS Ltd. for P168.8 million. MacroAsia Catering is the dominant airline catering company in the Philippines.
